At this moment of time, the Bollinger Bands were kept tight for quite sometime so Boi was hoping for a Trend breakout to occur. But sadly, it happened during his bedtime so trades was made during the day.

Boi made his first trade only in the morning, when he saw a buy signal near into London’s opening. But he soon realised that it was a false signal and closed it as fast as he could. Boi decided not to make any more trades and wait for London to open its day.

Trade Summary

After frustrated of not finding any good entries into the EURO, Boi decided to check on GBP/USD chart for opportunities to trade. He soon found a buy signal just an hour after London opened its door and entered a trade near the main Pivot line. Sticking with his goal of only 20 PIPS, he achieved that soon after only 40 mins into the trade.

He soon saw another entry position an hour after, when both the Williams36 and Stochastic indicates a strong buying signal and placed a trade just under the main Pivot line. He was pleased that he got 35 PIPS for that trade and promptly rested for the rest of the trading day.

Demo Trade #2

Time is now 2215 hrs SG Time.

Still excited about his first successful trade this afternoon, Boi decided to check the charts one last time before he goes to bed.
He brought up the MACD and Williams36 indicators and took notice that a signal was forming.
He couldn’t believe his eyes.
And so, trying to remember as much as he can about Candlesticks that he just read during the day, discovered that a reversal was about to take place.
The Euro, after breaching S2 was frantically trying to climb its way up, and was just about to hit S1.
After checking both indicators to confirm its position, Boi felt it was the perfect opportunity to enter a trade.

Observations

For the past 2 days….the Bollinger Bands (EUR/USD) has been narrow focused from 2.00 AM to 12 PM with a breakout trend happening soon after this.

Demo Trade #1

Time is now 1354 hrs SG Time.

The London market will soon open up its doors for trade and Boi has been anxiously waiting for it since morning.
He has read up Peter Bain’s 80 Forex Strategies again and again, with Strategy Nos. 26 and 27 getting more emphasis.
He is curiously waiting to prove Mr Bain’s statements that the Euro will stubbornly churn out about 76 pips for the first 12 hours everyday.
That the Euro will always follow a trend once it has set its mind to.
The only tricky part will be determining which trend it will go, either up or down?

For this, Boi has been scrutinising an assortment of texts, articles and websites pertaining to the prediction of trends forecasting.
And he has been, since morning, religiously practising the calculation and plotting of the Pivot Points that are essential to predict the trends.

Time now is 1400 hrs SG Time.

Boi will now start to take down the previous day’s numbers and proceed to calculate the pivot points for the coming day.
Even then, he is still flipping back and forth through prediction articles to really make sure he got it down right.
After plotting down the PPs on the 15 min chart, he then wait for the initial trading to begin and try to source for triggers to buy and sell.

18th July 2005 (HLOC Readings)
High : 1.20892
Low : 1.20020
Close : 1.20084

Pivot Points, Resistance & Support Calculations
R3 : 1.2151
R2 : 1.212
R1 : 1.2064
PIVOT : 1.2033
S1 : 1.1977
S2 : 1.1946
S3 : 1.189

Today’s Target : 20 Pips
Duration : 12 hours

From his somewhat his limited knowledge, Boi assumes that the trading for the day will go short as the market opens just under the Pivot Line.
He will forcefully try to maintain this mindset so as not to fall prey to whipsaws and fluctuations of the market.

Assumptions :
1. If market opens below Pivot, expect to do Short trades.
2. Once a trend is set, Euro will follow through for next 6 – 12 hours.

Time now is 1505 hrs SG Time

After about an hour of trading, Boi felt that something was wrong with the readings on the chart.
Seems like the predictions written on the articles that he had read doesn’t tally from what he was watchig on the screen.
So he decided to retake the previous day’s numbers and recalculate the PPs for today.
After about an hour of scratching his head, and reconfirming with the text on what went wrong, he discovered to his horror that he mistakenly took the wrong readings from the HLOC charts!
The numbers were all skewered and out of sync with each other.
So frantically he recalculated and replotted the PPS just in time to see the Euro breaching S1.

Now that he’s happy with his analysis, he puffed up his chest and made his first trade of the day.

Short Order – 1507 hrs
EUR/USD #139176226
10,000 Units @ 1.19905
Stop-Loss @ 1.20170
Take Profit @ 1.19675

These are the new reading which he had recalculated and replotted.

18th July 2005 (HLOC Readings - REVISED)
High : 1.20768
Low : 1.20114
Close : 1.20162

Pivot Points, Resistance & Support Calculations
R3 : 1.2124
R2 : 1.2100
R1 : 1.2058
PIVOT : 1.2034
S1 : 1.1992
S2 : 1.1968
S3 : 1.1926

So now he awaits with abated breath…

Trade Summary

Success!!

The Euro has been stalling around the S1 for about an hour into trading, worrying Boi at that point of time.
He set up 2 indicators, MACD (12, 26, 9) and William36, to help monitor the trading, and thus far, things didn’t look too good to him.
The MACD albeit still heading south, though not enthusiastically as he hoped, has been threatening to shift upwards a couple of times since.
More worrying is Williams hovering around the -80 to -100 region, clearly indicating Euro’s intention to correct its position.
But he decided to perservere, remembering Peter Bain’s advice, and just leave the trading to run its course.
And to Boi’s delight, the Euro weakened as he hoped, and finally breached S2 target line) a couple hours after that!

Investor’s Dilemma

Okay i’m stumped!

As i did my daily MMG foruming,
I came across a new program - WeeklyWealthAds.
It is run by MMG’s own moderator, OnLooker.
And from what i’ve gathered, it has garnered some rave reviews from our members.

This is how it works.

Weekly Wealth Ads (WWAds) is an advertising based program where members will be provided the opportunity to receive a cash back bonus based on Weekly Ad Packages (WAP) purchased.

Each Weekly Ad Package has a determined amount of ad credits to them. These credits may be used by members to advertise their own opportunities within the program. 1000 FREE credits are given for every member sign up!

The amount of payout due depends on the value of ad package purchased. Each member is allowed to have an account level of $10,000 but limited to a max purchase of $2500 weekly, giving a total of 4 weeks to reach the maximum allowed level. The minimum purchase is $25. Each WAP purchased will give a 10% weekly payout of the sale value for the predetermined amount of weeks according to a member’s membership level.

Some of the members have been pushing me to join up.
And in fact, i feel really tempted to.
And it feels so good to actually know that the person who’s running it is totally reliable.
But i have only US$100 to spare.
And i have to choose between this, PS and TGT,
My my my…Dilemma!!

Found A Sponsor

Another day goes by to the start of my Launch Day on 12th July ‘05.
Been really active in MMG these couple of days.
Snooping and Asking the veterans around for advice and recommendations.
Here’s some of the posts that i made couple of days ago..

hiya guys,

okie. ive cheecked out other programs such as paidresponse, weeklywealthads, realitycyclers and etc….most of these programs looks good to me and had been getting good reviews.

but being the conservative me…heh.
ive decided with the tried and tested so called ’safe’ programs to start out with.

Ive narrowed it down to 2:
1.TopGunTraffic
2.PaidSurfing

I was thinking of going for the oldie goldie StudioTraffic but opted for PS instead considering that they pay me 1% extra.
Think im going to start with an equal $50 each and compound my first earnings like GM adviced me to.

Waddya guys think?
Now all i need are benefactors…any takers?

cheers!

And then i went about looking for sponsors to get me started with.
Recently, Future and geo8o2 both offered to benefactor me into Paidsurfing,
Which was great!!
Why?
Because benefactoring not only increases the initial investment made by me,
It also makes you feel secure in that there are someone out there who have a vested interest in you,
And would gladly help you if you run into problems with the program in future.
Kinda the buddy/mentor system that i’ve experienced whilst in service.
Woohoo!
